 Deposit of $300.00 required. 

Pet Policy: All dogs must be under 20lbs.  Cats must be spaded or neutered and declawed.  Downstairs renters only.  A non-refundable $200.00 pet deposit required, plus an additional $25.00 a month added to the rent.
